Document management is a central component of personal information protection and compliance with Law 25. Every day, employees create, access, share, and retain documents that may contain sensitive information, often without fully recognizing the associated risks.

Required materials

  • Computer or tablet with a reliable Internet connection. Mobile phone use is possible; however, some content may not be fully optimized for small screens.
  • An up-to-date web browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari, or Firefox recommended).
  • Speakers or headphones to access audio/video content.
  • A notebook or digital note-taking tool (optional, for personal learning).
  • Access to the training platform (login credentials provided after registration).

Certificate

  • A certificate of completion is issued at the end of the training, subject to completion of the course and, where applicable, successful completion of the final quiz.
  • Downloading the certificate is also conditional upon completing a short satisfaction survey regarding the overall quality of the training. Once the survey has been submitted, the certificate may be downloaded in PDF format and saved for record-keeping purposes.
  • The certificate remains accessible at all times through the “My Courses” area for future downloads. Participants may also contact the support team to request an additional copy.
  • Certificates are retained in the archives for a period of six years, or for the duration associated with the certificate or awarded credits, as applicable.

Training evaluation

At the end of the module, the participant is invited to complete a short survey evaluating overall satisfaction with the training, with the objective of:
